App Crashing on Start Up!

Hello I have an app that always boots through when I load the app for the first from the computer.  But then when I click on the link on my iPhone 3.1.3 it crashing it gets past the default.png load screen.  I don't understand what the problem is.  At first I thought I had a major memory leek or something so I started to release some variables such as Views and Navigation Controllers that I had forgotten.  Does anyone have any suggestions on the issue can be?

Can you at least provide some sudo coding so we can see what should be expected? The actual code may help as well.

That part is up to you. I would suggest the first portions. Also I know xcode has some form of an optimization simulator to help check for memory leaks, have you tried that yet?
